Post 6: Postgraduate Studies.

The truth is that thinking about a postgraduate degree is not something I think about repeatedly but it is something that I have considered. One of the main reasons why I plan to obtain a postgraduate degree is to specialize in a certain area that I really like, since this way I could develop more easily and obtain more tools to work in the future. This is why what I would like to study after finishing my degree is community psychology or specialize in the area of ​​gender, since they are topics that I really like a lot and that also address problems that in my opinion are fundamental to solve. Community psychology draws my attention because it has a much broader approach, also observes the subjects and the social context, on the other hand, I would like to delve into gender theories because one of my goals is to work in that area.

Personally, studying in Chile is not a problem, but if I could and were given the opportunity to study abroad, it would be something super interesting. What if I would like to be able to study it in a part-time course, since that way I could manage the times to be able to work while I study to pay the fee. I think it would be a very good complement for Social Work to develop myself in those areas.

The job that I would like to have or in which I imagine is a job related to my professional career. Honestly, the subject of my future work is something that worries me a lot, especially since it is a social career, since these do not have so much work field today. Post 1: The country I want to visit: Norway.

I would like to visit Norway for many reasons. Some of them are its culture, landscapes, museums, history and social development. Norway is a Scandinavian country with great conservation of the environment and low pollution, it also has a very good health and educational system. Oslo is its capital and the Norwegian form of government is based on an institutional monarchy (I don't like that very much). What I would most like to do there is visit the Viking ship museum in Oslo, where preserved Viking ships from the 9th century are exhibited. Or go to Bergen for its tourist architecture and cruises to the incredible Sogn fjord. Although Norway is not one of my favorite Nordic countries, I would like to work in the social area and even live there for a few years. I think it would be an incredible experience, it is considered one of the countries with the highest quality of life, although that must be verified.

In the first place, from the University of Chile, from what I have experience, the study plan of my career is at least quite good, the problem actually lies with the administration, since all the "CFG" be it sports, cultural and theorists are overexploited and do not perform for the entire academic community.
